Share
- Your honest experience: what you tasted, what stood out, what you’d pair it with.
- Specifics that help others: style, freshness, where you had it, how it was served.
- Constructive criticism. It’s fine not to like something; say why, kindly.
Don’t post
- Explicit, sexual, hateful, harassing or threatening content, or personal attacks on anyone, including staff at a brewery or winery.
- Anything that encourages overconsumption, drinking and driving, or underage drinking.
- Links, email addresses, phone numbers, ads or spam.
- Other people’s personal information, or photos of people without their permission.
- Reviews of products you make, sell, distribute or are paid to promote, or reviews written for or against a competitor.
- Claims you know to be false, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
How moderation works
- Star ratings appear right away. Comments and profile photos are checked automatically, then reviewed by a Craft & Cork moderator before anyone else sees them, usually within a day.
- If we don’t approve a comment, we tell you why and you can edit and resubmit it.
- We may remove content later if it breaks these guidelines, and suspend members who repeatedly or seriously break them.
Report or block
Every comment has a Report link. Reports go straight to our moderators, and a comment reported by several members is hidden until it’s reviewed. You can also Block a member so you no longer see their comments. Manage blocked members in your account settings.
