Craft & Cork
Terms of Use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses craftandcorkguide.com, craftandcorkfestival.com, craftandcork.org or the Craft & Cork app (together, the “Services”), which are run by Craft & Cork, a Delta Echo Oscar company (“we”). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you become a member, the Member Terms also apply.
The short version. The Services are for adults 21 and over. Guide listings are our editorial recommendations, not paid placements or guarantees. Please drink responsibly, check details with the producer, and be kind to other members.
1. Who can use the Services
The Services contain information about alcoholic beverages and are intended for people 21 or older. Membership and Festival entry require you to be 21 or older.
2. Guide content
- Guide listings, Journal articles and tasting notes are editorial information and opinion, provided for general interest. They are not professional, health or legal advice.
- Listings are chosen by our editors. Producers cannot pay to be listed or to change a listing. “Recommended to explore” is not an award; Crown Recognition is a separate program with its own published standards.
- Product details, releases, vintages, prices, hours and availability change. We check details but cannot guarantee they are current. Confirm with the producer before you go.
- Member ratings and comments are the opinions of members, not of Craft & Cork.
3. Submissions from makers and partners
When you send us information through our forms (for example a Guide listing request or Festival inquiry), you confirm it is accurate and that you may share it. You allow us to use it to consider, publish and describe your products and business in the Services. Submitting does not guarantee a listing or Festival place.
4. Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- break the law, or use the Services to promote underage drinking, overconsumption or drinking and driving;
- scrape, copy or republish the Guide in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Services, except search engines indexing public pages;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren’t yours, or interfere with the Services’ security or operation;
- pretend to be someone else, or post anything that breaks our Community Guidelines.
5. Our content and trademarks
The Services’ text, design, data compilations, photographs we own and the Craft & Cork and Crown Recognition names and marks belong to Craft & Cork or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Services for personal, non-commercial use. Producer names, logos and photographs belong to their owners and appear with permission or as descriptive references.
6. Festival tickets
Festival tickets are sold through our ticketing provider under its terms and our Festival Ticket & Event Policies.
7. Links and third parties
The Services link to producers’ websites, maps, ticketing and other sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
8. Disclaimers and limits
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Craft & Cork is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your use of alcohol or of any producer’s products or premises. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Responsibility for your use
If you misuse the Services or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result for Craft & Cork, to the extent the law allows.
10. Changes and ending access
We may update the Services and these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and, for members, let you know by email. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the courts in Cook County, Illinois have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
