Member Terms

These terms apply to free Craft & Cork membership on our websites and app. By joining you agree to them, to our Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.
Membership
- Membership is free. You must be 21 or older and use your own email address.
- One membership per person. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your membership at any time from your account page.
Ratings and comments
- Share honest opinions based on your own experience. Keep it friendly and about the drink.
- No explicit, hateful, harassing or threatening content; no promotion of overconsumption, drunk driving or underage drinking; no spam, links, phone numbers or email addresses; and no reviewing products you make, sell or are paid to promote.
- Follow our Community Guidelines. Comments and profile photos are reviewed before they appear, and members can report comments or block other members. We may decline, edit for length, or remove content, and suspend members who break these rules.
- You keep ownership of what you write. You give Craft & Cork a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our websites, app and Festival materials, credited to your display name.
- Member ratings are opinions of members, not Craft & Cork recommendations or Crown Recognition.
Member benefits
- Members get first access to Craft & Cork Festival tickets during member presale windows, plus 10% off Early Access and VIP tickets, while available.
- Member codes are personal and for members only. Tickets are sold through our ticketing provider under its terms, and are subject to availability, purchase limits and Festival policies. Benefits may change for future events; we will tell members before they do.
Festival tastings and maker updates
If you mark something as tasted at a Craft & Cork Festival with “Get updates” on, we will share your details with that maker after the event, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can switch this off for any tasting.

Guide content is for information only. Product details change, so check with the producer. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
The legal part
Craft & Cork is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the membership. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. We may update them; if changes are significant we will let members know by email before they take effect.
